Hours for In-Person Absentee Voting

Special Election

This election is for only voters that live in the Bethel Tate School District and it is being held at Clermont County Board of Elections located at 76 S. Riverside Dr. Batavia, OH 45103.  Their phone number is (513)732-7275.
In-person absentee voting begins April 6, 2021, on the first day after the close of voter registration before Election Day for all types of absentee voters. 

The Brown County Board of Elections hours will remain 8:30 to 4:00 for early voting. If you need to participate in the extended hours you will need to go to the Clermont County Board of Elections office.

April 6-23 Weeks One, Two and Three of Voting (beginning with the day after the close of registration for the election, except any holiday established by state law)

  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on each weekday (Monday through Friday)

April 26-May 2                   Week Four of Voting

  • 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on each weekday (Monday through Friday)
  • 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday
  • 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday

May 3                                    Week of Election Day

  • 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the Monday before Election Day
