Absentee Ballot Applications
Voters can obtain absentee ballots three ways:
1. Voters can print an application for an absentee ballot Absentee Ballot Application
2. Call us at 740-942-8866 to request an application be mailed to you.
3. Pick up an application at our office.
Voters may request more than one application for family or neighbors.
Mail or drop off completed applications to Harrison County Board of Elections, 538 N. Main, Suite B, Cadiz OH 43907.

Polling Location Change Notice:
The Harrison County Board of Elections is changing the polling location for Monroe Twp/Vil.
The OLD polling location was the Bowerston Community Center.
The NEW polling location is the Bowerston Fire Department located at 220 Main St. Bowerston, 44695
