ATTENTION

The public test of the ballot tabulation system will be Friday, October 23 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board of Elections office.

Voters can obtain absentee ballots 3 ways:

1. Voters can find applications for Absentee Ballot Application on our website. Download and print off an Absentee Ballot Application and mail to the Board of Election’s office.

2. If you do not have access to a printer and are not able to print the form, you may write your request on any piece of paper and mail it to our office.

The request needs to include:

  • Name and Home Address
  • Mailing Address, if different from Home Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Identification, such as your Ohio Driver’s License or State ID card number or the Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number
  • A statement that you are a registered voter and would like an absentee ballot for the November 3, 2020 General Election
  • Signature and date
  • (Optional) Phone number if we have a question regarding your request
