The Absentee Ballot Deadline for Ohio’s Primary Election has been extended to April 28, 2020
Vote by mail ballots must be requested by April 25, 2020 and returned by April 28, 2020
Voters who already voted do not need to request a new ballot. Ballots already received by mail or in-person will be included for this election.
Voters can obtain absentee ballots two ways:
1. Voters can find applications for Absentee Ballot Application on our website. Download and print off an Absentee Ballot Application and mail to the Board of Election’s office.
2. If you do not have access to print off the application below, please call us and leave a detailed message to request an application be mailed to you.

Due to the current Screening Process and Traffic pattern changes at the Chillicothe VA, we are temporarily moving that Polling Location. Please go to the Multi-Purpose Building at the Ross County Fairgrounds, 344 Fairgrounds Road.
