May 4, 2021 Special Election
The upcoming May 4, 2021 Special Election is not a countywide election.
The issues on the ballot are for the SIDNEY CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT earned income tax levy and HOUSTON JOINT AMBULANCE DISTRICT property tax levy only.
Early absentee in-person voting and absentee mail voting is available (In-Person Early Voting Hours).
Election Day polling locations will be open for voting from 6:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. View your precinct and polling location by selecting “Where Do I Vote on Election Day?”
The Voter Registration Deadline for the May 4, 2021 Special Election was April 5, 2021.
If you are not registered to vote, recently moved, or changed your name, you can vote a provisional ballot.

Voter Identification Requirements
Every voter will be required to provide proof of identity before voting. The forms of identification you may use includes:
Your current and valid photo identification card
A copy of a utility bill
A bank statement
A government check; or a government document showing your name and current address.
(Note: you cannot use as proof of identification a notice that the board of election mailed to you.)
